SilentSky

SilentSky is a team project developed in Unreal Engine during a game jam. The game features immersive environments and dynamic gameplay, blending atmospheric visuals with strategic challenges.

Silent Sky is a 3D game developed in Unreal Engine using Blueprints. In this game, players explore a machine on-site to gather data and find the correct values to predict weather conditions. They must then compare their findings with historical data stored in a database, creating an engaging mix of exploration and analytical problem-solving.

Key Features:

  • Collaborated in a team of three to develop Silent Sky for a game jam.

  • Conducted research on wind direction, pressure, and temperature machines to understand how they work and incorporated this knowledge into the game.

  • Designed a puzzle where players interact with machines to predict weather conditions.

  • Developed the game based on the theme "Calm Before the Storm".

  • Used Unreal Engine and Blueprints to bring the concept to life, focusing on exploration and problem-solving elements.
